Gary S. Wong, CPA
Gary has over 25 years experience servicing the needs of numerous Southern California companies. In addition to financial statement auditing, his experience includes financial and management accounting, technology selection, implementation and operation, internal control and data security procedures, profit improvement planning, cash management, financial analysis, budgeting, management reporting and employee benefit planning.
Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California where he was elected to membership in Beta Alpha Psi, the national honorary accounting society, and served as chapter president. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Active in community affairs, he has served as a member of local civil service and planning commissions and other civic organizations.
His specialized experience includes serving lawyers and their law firms as a consultant, as a law firm administrator and as an executive with an international legal management software provider. He has extensive hands-on experience with law office technology systems and numerous law firm management software packages. Gary has been a frequent speaker on law office management and technology topics at various conferences, including LegalTech, the Association of Legal Administrators' national and regional educational conferences and at local ALA chapter activities. Gary's articles on law office technology topics have appeared in various publications, including the International Legal Technology Association's Peer to Peer magazine, ALA newsletters and regular columns in California Law Business, published as part of the Los Angeles Daily Journal and the San Francisco Daily Journal.
